Anthony Asaad grew up in North Olmsted, Ohio, attended North Olmsted High School, then moved onto pursue a degree in Pre-Medicine at Cleveland State University. Anthony has always strived to surpass expectations whether it be in school or even during his experience in the career he had been working towards- doing research in a laboratory at University Hospitals. Moreover, Anthony has several years of work experience in retail environments, where he won statewide sales competitions on his own, and was a proponent of other’s success while working on a team! After countless years of formal education at universities and hands-on education in a laboratory, Anthony realized that the perfect career to suit his needs was one that not only allowed him to help others, but also allowed for him to create his own goals and expectations, giving him more freedom in the workplace, as well as more motivation to become the best version of himself!
At a young age, Anthony developed a curiosity for real estate as his mother had become a licensed agent in the year 2000 and continues to practice real estate today. Around the same time, Anthony’s father began to flip homes and invest in rental property; Anthony fell in love with the transformation process a home goes through as a flip, and wished he could be more like his father when he would witness his father’s tenants express their gratitude and appreciation towards his father as their landlord. Now, as a licensed real estate agent, Anthony is fortunate enough to showcase all of the skills and talents he learned as a child, in his retail positions, in the laboratory, and in school everyday at the job he sees himself doing for the rest of his life! Anthony lives by the quote, “Always remember your roots. They are the foundation of your life, and the wings of your future.” This quote is exemplified by how Anthony did not simply let go of his previous interests and knowledge after choosing his career in real estate, but instead carried them over as his curiosity for real estate developed into a passion!
Despite the long hours and many responsibilities that come with being a full-time realtor, Anthony manages to find the time to do the things he loves. Anthony is always working towards a new goal, but he find true fulfillment in helping others achieve their own success; whether he is sitting down, having a one-on-one conversation with a friend, or out with a large group, Anthony loves to educate his peers on ways they can increase their own net worth, increase their assets, and attain the financial freedom they desire, enabling them to spend more time doing the things they love. Anthony has stayed true to his roots in frequently engaging in his childhood passion of skateboarding, and even attends and participates in city council meetings to push towards renovations to local, outdoor skateparks to make them safer for the youth and better assets to their communities.
