Born and raised in the Westpark neighborhood of Cleveland, I attended John Marshall High School. I then went on to Bowling Green State University where I received my degree in Business Economics. BGSU was a great time in my life. While I was there, I became the President of the Student Government Association and sat on a US Presidential Panel regarding the reinstitution of the Draft under President Carter. After BGSU I attended The Ohio State University College of Law, where I received my Juris Doctor in 1983. I passed the Bar immediately and practiced law for many years. While I respect the talent and dedication required to be a great attorney, it was not my passion.
In the nineties I slowly moved into Real Estate as my main career. Since 2000, I have exclusively worked as a Realtor. It is my full time job and I bring all of my past experience and business skills to the table no matter the size of the transaction. My switch from law to real estate was a good move for me. My first year in the business I set the record for a first year agent at my previous company, selling over 5 million in real estate that year. Since that first year I have established a reputation of an agent that knows how to handle tough transactions; someone who has business savvy to get deals closed. In this industry these attributes are essential to success. I believe that my clients truly benefit from my business acumen and negotiation skills. I would love to show you how my experience and skills will give you a competitive advantage when buying or selling your home. We believe that my experience, along with Greg Erlanger’s technology expertise, gives our clients a combination of benefits that cannot be matched. My focus is the Luxury Home market and Lakefront Homes. I have created a website to help these clients buy or sell at www.ClevelandLakefrontLiving.com.
A few years ago we bought a dream home on the Lake in Bay Village. We spent 10 months renovating the home to make it exactly how we like it. Now that the home is complete, we spend most of our free time with family and friends. Our favorite thing to do is travel. We love visiting other countries and meeting people from other cultures. Monuments and landmarks are interesting and we never miss the art museums in any city we visit. But the most interesting part of our travels is always the people we meet. The locals will always point you in the right direction toward the most unique aspects of their particular city.
