Born and raised in Northeast Ohio and a current resident of Newbury, located in beautiful Geauga County, I have found Real Estate to be a passion of mine. I have been a part of the Real Estate industry since 2001, working at the Multiple Listing Service (primary database for Real Estate in 22 counties in Northeast Ohio), and decided to obtain my Real Estate license in 2012.

I am happily married to the best wife in the World Jen, father to the best son ever imaginable Hunter. My life revolves around these two blessings in my life. Beautiful and scenic Geauga County is where we call home. One yearly tradition we enjoy is producing some of the finest Pure Maple Syrup. Ohio is the 4th largest producer of the 12 states that produce maple syrup, with Geauga County producing some of the best tasting Pure Maple Syrup in the world. My wife’s family has been producing maple syrup since the 1950’s, and I have enjoyed assisting with the traditional methods of producing syrup since 2006.

Throughout the almost 12 years being at the MLS, I have had the privilege and honor of not only gaining knowledge of the Real Estate industry, but building professional relationships within the industry. Part of my duties while at the Cleveland MLS was ensuring the MLS was providing accurate data to its members, and with that came enforcing rules and policies of the industry. This was my daily challenge and many hard days followed. When giving detailed answers to questions brokers, agents, managers, and support staff were hoping to obtain when contacting me, needless to say, and keeping my duties simple, many times I was the “bearer of bad news.” Office managers, brokers, and agents would cringe when getting a call with my voice at the other end. Somehow, however, I was able to build relationships I can genuinely say grew into friendships I will cherish forever…this proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt I am a people person.

A Realtor is not a decision maker, you the buyer or seller is the actual decision maker. While working at the MLS, I learned something about myself, I have a genuine desire to help people. I realized issuing penalties, and enforcing rules because of policies within the industry that were out of my control was not a job I wanted for the rest of my life. In making the decision to buy or sell your home, this will be one of, if not the biggest financial decision you will ever make. Helping you as a buyer or seller is a much more fulfilling and meaningful job for me personally. I have a true burning desire to provide information to buyers and sellers. More importantly, helping you in making the most educated decision in where to call home.
