Katie Foxx 
Born and raised a Cleveland "Westsider", I attended Magnificat High School until the decision to further my education lead me to the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management and a minor in Psychology, I moved home to Lakewood, OH where I began working at National City Bank in the Home Equity Department. Throughout my career with National City, I gained great knowledge of the world of home loans and refinancing. As an Underwriter, I reviewed home appraisals on a daily basis, sparking my initial interest in Real Estate.

After, National City made the nationwide corporate decision to downsize in 2007, I decided to attend Real Estate Education courses and obtain my Real Estate license. Now with nearly 3 years of part time real estate sales experience, I have decided to follow my passion and pursue a full time career selling Real Estate.

My experience with the financial industry and knowledge of mortgages, has helped me to successfully assist in the purchases of many friends’ first homes. Much of my business has been in the West Park, Kamm’s Corner area of Cleveland, where I currently reside. I enjoy helping customers discover that dream house that fits their needs perfectly. I take great pride in a satisfied customer and do all I can to exceed expectations.
